TalentBrokers is a search and selection consultancy for executives and professionals, working for multinationals in Europe and the U.S.A. to fill senior and middle management positions all over Europe. Although we work for multinationals from different countries, many of our processes are within the Spanish-German framework. TalentBrokers is a member of the support group for the Human Resources department at the German Chamber of Commerce in Madrid.

It was founded in June 2009 with the conviction of ensuring dynamic and tailor-made solutions for companies, both in Spain and worldwide, in the processes of search, selection and skills training for executives and professionals at a crucial moment, in which those companies need to consolidate, defend or reach a leadership position in the market or improve their position in the ranking.

Located in Madrid, the company works on processes and projects for multinationals, and has a solid network of collaborators in other cities, mainly around Europe but also in the U.S.A. and in China.
